YT has been making music since the age of 14 and has always been slowly building up traction and core fans along the way during the last 9 years. However, it has really been over the last two years that he begun taking everything to the next level. A key pivotal moment in this journey was his release of his Soundcloud exclusive tape called #SWAGRENAISSANCE on 23 April 2023, in which he debuted his current signature sound on electrifying and distinctive jerk beats with a quintessential British flare. His distinctively unique sound can be characterised by catchy autotune melodies, his trademark lyrical creativity, witty punchlines and clever references. He released that pivotal tape at the peak of juggling his education and music career, being in his final year of studying French and Philosophy at the University of Oxford. Ultimately, this led to him being one of the earlier global pioneers in bringing this sound to the forefront of the underground music scene; which is only growing bigger by the day. He then released #STILLSWAGIN which cemented his position as the one to watch in this up and coming scene in late 2023. Living up to the expectations, 2024 saw the release of YT's viral song 'Black and Tan' with Lancey Foux, which has currently racked up over 12 million streams on all platforms in under a year of release. This catapulted him into the global light in which he has amassed huge followings over all social media platforms and is known for having one of the strongest fan bases. This was followed by the release of 'MVP' with Fimiguerrero and the solo hits of Prada and Celine, which both had massive moments in the music scene. Each of these songs were complimented with a bold visual identity, seen through his distinct dressing style, innovative cover arts and an impressive catalog of blockbuster-esque music videos. Accordingly, YT has therefore built up an insane level of hype for his highly anticipated tape called OI! which is set to release in March.The fans are fully invested into his journey and the hype for his project only grows larger by the day The music comes alive during live shows and with an EU and UK tour fully scheduled for late April of the back of this release and several festival bookings lined up in the summer, 2025 is due to be YT's biggest year yet!
