What an incredible year it’s been for new music and rising stars! As we say goodbye to 2024, we’re looking ahead to the future and present our Ones to Watch in 2025!

Alessi Rose
Starting out in a makeshift bedroom studio, Alessi Rose’s journey to stardom has been nothing short of inspiring. In 2022, she became one of the most streamed artists of the year—without officially releasing any music. Since then, she’s grown a loyal fan base and honed her sound. We can’t wait to catch her at her SOLD OUT show at SWG3, Glasgow on 2nd April and TRNSMT Festival 12th July.
Alex Warren
Alex Warren’s vulnerable pop melodies and passionate vocals have earned him a devoted following which only keeps getting bigger. 2025 marks a milestone for Warren, as he embarks on his debut headline tour, including a highly anticipated stop at O2 Academy Glasgow on March 21st.
Ben Ellis
Described by BBC Radio 1 as "one of the most exciting new names in music,", Ben Ellis had a standout 2024, with his first-ever headline tour selling out. We can’t wait to see him live next spring. His first gig at Poetry Club, Glasgow on 1st March is now SOLD OUT, last tickets remaining for Cabaret Voltaire, Edinburgh on 2nd March.
Bilmuri
The one-man alternative project, Bilmuri, has been taking the world by storm with his incredible live performances. Following a hugely successful sold-out American tour, he’s gearing up for an even bigger year as he embarks on his European tour in March. Citizen Papes
Citizen Papes is an artist with a unique ability to connect through his songwriting. His 2024 debut EP, For You, shot him to fame with fans and music insiders alike praising his heartfelt sound. We look forward to seeing him live at McChuills, Glasgow, on 8th February.
Flo
R&B-soul trio Flo combines lush melodies and rich vocals to create their iconic sound. After a successful 2024, including the announcement of a massive UK, European, and US tour, Flo is set to dominate stages worldwide. Don’t miss them at O2 Academy Glasgow on 11th March.
Good Neighbours
Good Neighbours show no signs of slowing down after a fantastic year full of festival performances, sold-out gigs, and support slots with acts like Benson Boone and Foster the People. Having been shortlisted for the ‘Rising Star’ BRIT Award for 2025, the duo’s future looks brighter than ever. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
Hohnen Ford
Singer, composer, and lyricist Hohnen Ford has captivated fans across the globe with her intimate, poignant sound and enchanting voice. A rising star on TikTok, she has built a loyal fanbase while delivering deeply personal music. In 2025, she joins Finneas on tour and prepares to release more boundary-pushing songs. See her supporting Finneas at O2 Academy Glasgow on 20th April 2025.
Jacob Alon
Since their debut release in 2024, Jacob Alon has mesmerised audiences with their hypnotic sound and ethereal vocals. Retelling their life experiences through music, Jacob has racked up thousands of streams and appeared on Later… with Jools Holland. Don’t miss their first-ever headline tour, kicking off at King Tut’s, Glasgow on 31st January.
Jasmine.4.t
Jasmine.4.t is redefining modern music with her emotive storytelling and authentic voice. Signed to Phoebe Bridgers’ Saddest Factory Records, she writes raw, heartfelt songs that explore her life as a trans woman. Her unique perspective has earned her a devoted and growing fanbase.
Luvcat
Rising star Luvcat built a massive TikTok following before even releasing a single. Since her debut earlier this year, she has amassed thousands of streams and secured major festival slots. Now heading out on her first UK tour, Luvcat stops at King Tut’s on 19th February - don’t miss it!
Myles Smith
Myles Smith had a massive 2024, scoring a #1 for his single ‘Stargazing’, winning a BRIT Award, and being named BBC Introducing’s Artist of the Year. With a global tour in the works, Smith is set to take the world by storm. Catch him at SWG3, Glasgow, on 20th February for his SOLD OUT show + support from Adrien Nunez.
Nessa Barrett
At just 22 years old, Nessa Barrett has amassed over 2 billion global streams and been hailed as the next big thing. After a whirlwind couple of years touring the world and selling out shows, she’s set for yet another incredible year. Catch her at her SOLD OUT show at Barrowland, Glasgow, on 29th May 2025 or O2 Academy Glasgow show on 30th May 2025.
Nieve Ella
At just 21, Nieve Ella writes indie-rock anthems that resonate with the youth of today. Her dedicated fanbase continues to grow as she heads into 2025 with a UK/Europe tour, festival gigs, and new music. Catch her at SWG3, Glasgow on 1st March and TRNSMT on 13th July.
Soapbox
Glasgow punk band Soapbox brought the heat in 2024, with incredible live shows and huge support slots taking them across the UK. Their biggest headline show yet takes place at The Garage, Glasgow, on 25th April - you don’t want to miss this!
Tommy Wa
Tommy Wa is revolutionising the music scene with his contemporary African folk and retro-soul sound, paired with captivating live performances. After a phenomenal year touring his 2023 album, fans are eagerly awaiting what’s next from this incredible artist.
